Ice Wine and Blues Marshall Michigan
Ice Wine and Blues, now officially called Ice, Wine, Beer and Blues, is an annual event in Marshall Michigan that combines social fun and the arts, the first Friday in February each year. In 2018 this was also Groundhogs Day. The event is a fundraiser for Franke Center for the Arts, and the Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance.
Scooby Do was the ice character featured outside of Eastend Studio & Gallery in 2018.
The talented ice carver from Marshall Michigan, John Merucci, creates ice sculptures in downtown Marshall each year with a theme. The theme for 2018 was Comic Book characters.
Romelle Frey of Eastend created the goblets that were sold along with a wristband for participants to enjoy both the tastings and the artistic take home souvenir. See more of her work at:

The event has been happening since 2013 or earlier and now draws up to 600 visitors to visit the participating businesses, enjoy the live music, the ice sculptures, and the refreshments.
